School House Rock Fund Raiser- Westlake Hills Elementary School

K-9 Behavior Services will be donating their Dog Training services to help raise money for the Westlake Hills Elementary school.
The Silent and Live auctions will happen at the School House Rock Event itself, May 15, 2010. You will be able to bid on different items at this event which will all be listed in an Auction Catalog you will receive when you pick up your tickets on Thurs. May 13th or Fri. May 14th afterschool at the SHR table near the school office.

Doggie Rescue Event & CGC (Canine Good Citizen) Test

K-9 Behavior Services will be hosting a Doggie Rescue event and CGC test in front of 'Four Paws Day Care' in Studio City on Ventura Boulevard. The attending rescue organizations will be posted here as soon as they are confirmed. K-9 Behavior Services will also be giving a CGC test, open to anybody that would like to attempt the test. For more information on the test, feel free to call us at 818.216.8960. The test will be evaluated by AKC certified evaluator, Stephanie O'Brien of K-9 Behavior Services.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society Service Dog Demonstration
Date & Time: Thursday, May 20th 6:30 - 8:00pm
Larry Chimbole Cultural Center located at 38350 Sierra Hwy, Palmdale, CA 93550
This demonstration will include basic information on raising and training a Service Dog. We will also be sharing information on the process of applying to receive a fully trained Service Dog from our nonprofit organization, K-9 Assistance Services, Inc. www.k-9assistance.org
We will be joined by a client and friend, who has received a Service Dog from us, that will share with the group how having a Service Dog has changed her life.
